Life begins after 60 package

The package includes:

• 2 medical consultations - preliminary and final,
• 10 or 20 treatments of physiotherapy in accordance with the doctor’s recommendation, *
• 6 or 12 (30 min.) sessionsof general exercises under the supervision of a therapist, *
• 6 or 12 (45 min.) sessions of coordination and balanceexercises,*
• 6 or 13 (20 min.) sessions of partial massage,*
• 3 or 6 (60 min.) trainings with Nordic Walking instructor, *
• inhalation in the graduation tower (during the functioning of the tower - from March to November),
• lecture on the prevention of diseases of the locomotor system with instruction exercises (60 min.),
• 6 or 13 nights in a renovated hotel complex White House, Locomotor System Therapy Centre instudios (2 + 1) equipped with a bathroom and a system of summoning, * (see gallery)
• three meals a day (breakfast / lunch / dinner) based on the principles of healthy eating,
• free parking,
• reception care / nursing care for 24 hours,
• access to a TV in every room,
• free WiFi.

You are welcome to use packages of 7 and 14 days.

During the rehabilitation programme, additional consultations, tests and treatments can be made. They are additionally paid according to current price lists (see price list).

Rehabilitation treatments are carried out from Monday to Saturday.
